Yes! All of our Guided Tours are walking tours. Not only are walking tours environmentally friendly, but they're the perfect way to actually 'feel' the locations we visit. You won't find any vehicular tours in the French Quarter anyway, as it would be impossible as the city prohibits them.
We highly recommend purchasing your tickets before showing up for one of our tours. We only permit a limited number of guests per tour. There is a chance that you'd show up hoping to purchase tickets only to find out we're sold out. Get your tickets today!
There is a reason we called our company "Pretty Spooky". Our Tours, regardless of which one you purchase, were built from the ground up for families. While there are some aspects of our tours that kids may find a little spooky, there is nothing within the tour to scare them.
While minor rain showers are common in New Orleans, they don't prevent us from running our tours. Tours do run rain or shine. We do not refund your tickets if you decide not to go because of a little rain. In rare instances we may have to cancel tours due to weather, and we refund 100% of your purchase if we do cancel your tour.
Pretty Spooky Tours offers free rescheduling up to 4 hours before your tour time. We understand things happen, so don't worry. When purchasing your tickets, you can purchase ticket insurance for a small fee that will allow you a 100% refund for any reason at all.
Some of our tours do make stops inside of locations that are important to the story we're telling on the tour. However, we do not guarantee access to any specific location.
