Our Booking Policy

Below, you'll find a complete list of policies from Pretty Spooky Tours regarding the purchase, transfer, or rescheduling of tickets for our tours and events. If you do not agree to any of our policies do not book your tour with us.

All Ticket Sales are Final

Once you purchase tickets from Pretty Spooky Tours, the sale is considered complete and all sales are final. Since we have a limited number of tickets, we cannot refund your tickets after purchase.

Tickets may be Transferred

You may transfer your tickets to a different party. The party to which you are transferring your tickets to only need to check in with the name on the original booking.

Weather Related Issues

Pretty Spoooky Tours does not issue refunds in the event that the weather isn't ideal. Our Tours do run rain or shine.

In the event that Pretty Spooky Tours does cancel a tour for safety reasons you will be given the opportunity to reschedule your tour or receive a raincheck. If you are not able to do either of those options, a full refund will be issued when we cancel a tour.

Rescheduling Your Tour

You may reschedule your tour with no charge or penalty up to 2 hours before the start of your tour.

No-Shows

In the event that you do not show up for your tour, for any reason, you are not entitled to a refund. Management of Pretty Spooky Tours may offer to reschedule your Tour at their discretion.
